thanks, im trying to be fair and give someone a good deal on parts i dont need. I hate to see the parts go, but i want my project to move forward. If i ever finish my mg midget with toyota power i want to do an MGB GT with duratec power. A duratec is a better fit in the bigger MGB than the midget. i will probably end up buying all these same parts again for that! But thats a hypothetical project years away so i would rather have these parts sold and move that money into my curent project. -

OK, little history of why these parts are for sale. I have been working on amassing parts for a duratec powered mg midget for a while. I was going to do a restoration on my mk1 midget and do a duratec 2.0 swap. Well, i ended up buying a pretty decent RWA midget that only needs an engine, so im going to be doing a toyota 20v 4age swap instead, much easier and way less cutting/hacking of the shell. I just thought to my self i want to DRIVE a car finally instead of building one for years and years. Anyways, everything i have duratec related must go, i figured you seven guys may want some of this stuff. Jenvey direct to head throttle bodies W/ linkage kit and 40mm horns-$825 SOLD Raceline duratec 2.0 wet sump kit- $500 SOLD Raceline duratec R cam cover- $425 Raceco high RPM chain tensioner- $75 Cosworth alternator kit- $475 SOLD duratec 2.3 ford focus timing cover-$45 EGR blanking plate- $35 SOLD 9.5mm thick steel duratec exhaust flange(comes with new gasket)- $75 I will explain each part as best i can. Jenvey direct to head throttle bodies where bought from raceco in the uk about 2 years ago, they come with the throttle linkage kit, instructions, and 40mm air horns. I literally just got in the raceline 2.0 wet sump kit and duratec r cam cover today from the UK. Obviously they have never been used, i just took the out of the packaging to take pics. The receco tensioner was bought the same time the throttle bodies where bought. never used, just taken out of the bag to take pics. The alternator kit was just mounted to my 2.0 engine, never ran or used. It comes with the alternator, pully, engine mounting pieces, and the belt tensioner. the belt tensioner was ground down a bit to work with the throttle bodies. The 2.3 timing cover was a work in progress, i wanted to mil down the engine mount bracket used by the ford focus to make it look neater. It needs to be machined down to look good. Egr blanking plate was ordered from Caterham UK. The exhaust flange was ordered from quad 4 rods. It is 9.5mm's thick and i will include a new exhaust gasket. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. All the prices are with out shipping. I will combine shipping on multiple items. and if i can get it in a flat rate box i will. pictures are in my photobucket album. too many pictures to put here. thanks for looking

i have a duratec 2.3 engine for sale. i bought it mainly for the transmission, i have decided to use my duratec 2.0 so i wont be needing this engine. The engine came out of a ford ranger truck. I was told it had 80k miles on it. It would be a good engine for someone wanting to build up a 2.3 or maybe for use in a locost ect. I will take $475 for the engine. Again, this is for the engine only. i will be using the transmission. i will ship it, also can be picked up locally. I am located in upstate South Carolina. thanks for looking. http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c171/seanbartsch/IMG_4591.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c171/seanbartsch/IMG_4590.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c171/seanbartsch/IMG_4593.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c171/seanbartsch/IMG_4589.jpg

I have a quad 4 rods duratec to ford T9 bellhousing for sale. Im going a different route and this could be useful to someone here. This is to bolt up a ford type 9 to a 2.0-2.3 ford duratec engine. I believe this would be too large for a caterham, but should be good in a locost, little british car, ect. This has never seen any miles. i bolted it to my engine and transmission and thats it. These things retail for $593.75 from quad 4 rods, i would like to get $310 for it. I think thats fair since you would be buying the same thing i got from quad 4 rods for all most $600. Thanks for looking -sold- http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c171/seanbartsch/IMG_3633.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c171/seanbartsch/IMG_3632.jpg

Hi, I took some pictures with measurements so you can get an idea of this throwout bearings size. as far as the throw distance im not sure what it is. the company that makes this told me that spacers can be used to work with pretty much any clutch. i believe this one is set up for a stock clutch. http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c171/seanbartsch/IMG_3675-1.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c171/seanbartsch/IMG_3676.jpg
