Pipes

Hello all-- I am certain this has been discussed but a search did not turn up any results. Like most of us, I have always dreamed of buying a cool car in Europe, driving it for a couple of weeks, and having it shipped home. My Dad did this with a TR4A back in the 60s when he was young. Would such a thing be possible today, with a Caterham? Or does it have to be shipped to the US in kit form? I know there is a 25 year rule so it would be possible if I were to find a 1999 or older Cat.
