Hi All, Up for sale is my beloved Caterham S3 RoadSport Has been one of my dream cars growing up but regretfully I have to sell it.. I am looking for $45,000 OBO. Open to trades for Luxury Watches, vintage 911's, and anything else you might feel I may be interested in. I've been relocated for work shortly after I purchased the vehicle and even though its been a blast, I need to purchase a new home. So about the car: First of all the car is CA legal and Smog Exempt with a SPCNS Title. Originally built in Denver Colorado by Rocky Mountain Sports Cars Caterham Dealer and shipped to its original buyer, an older fellow, in Washington who promptly brought it down to San Francisco and had it California registered. Fast forward to when I purchased the vehicle a little over a year ago, the car only had barely 9000+ miles it. I immediately did a complete fluid change and drove the car straight down from SF to my LA home. Definitely the most entertaining drive I've ever had. Hi All! Am in the middle of negotiations for a 2001 Caterham with the 2.0 Zetec. I am hoping to get some opinions and if anyone knew any details regarding this vehicle. Apparently the odometer has been changed for "registration" purposes. The pink slip shows ~8000 miles on the clock. Owner says that the car was dialed forward for inspection then dialed back to 500 which is the actual number. I am iffy. In addition, that air filter looks awfully dirty for a car that has been driven for only 500 miles.. Can somebody chime in and let me know what they think?
