Looking for a highly unique and one of the nicest S1's on the open market? This S1 is incredibly well built and well documented. Click here for more information and photos. 300HP - LESS THAN 1,400LBS - QUAIFE SEQUENTIAL GEAR BOX - STREET LEGAL - What more could you want! This Superformance S-1 is truly a work of art. The previous owner spared no expense creating a truly unique S1 unlike any other. This one-owner vehicle would make an exceptional piece in any car enthusiast's collection or a track junkies dream! The original Lotus Super 7 was not designed to accommodate large passengers. Thus, the S-1 was designed to fix this flaw and to accommodate up to a 6'4" 250lb individual. Production of these vehicles ended in March of 2004, with only 56 vehicles produced. Since this vehicle has been built, it's seen little road use and even less track time. The S1 uses a 2.0L Ford Zetec engine with a Rotrex Supercharger mated to a Quaife sequential gear box. That's right, a $15,000 quaife sequential gear box! Total estimated cost of the build was over $65k. Vehicle comes with a the original wheels and a brand new set of Toyo Proxes R1R tires. For those who dare to drive this car to it's limits, the vehicle comes with a set of $5,000 American Racing Shelby AR-427 knockoffs (15x8 F, 15x10 R). These wheels allow for a wider foot print and more grip. All services up to date and all fluids are clean. This vehicle is street legal and ready for a new owner to drive to and from the track. This vehicle has seen an interior, exterior, and engine bay detail. All service is up to date. This vehicle comes with a binder full of documentation and invoices, many listing all modifications and history. Please consider this an invitation to visit Gator Motorsport! If you have any questions or wish for more information about this vehicle or any other vehicle, please do not hesitate to call Brian Henry @ 317-245-6312 or email Brian@GatorMotorsport.com
