This is my inaugural post on any forum, anywhere and it feels good to be amongst folks that understand "The Car." I've got a 2005 Caterham de dion, with a Ford Zetec SVT 2.0 liter and a lightweight flywheel -- and even more to the point, a ZF limited slip differential. I've only got about 500 miles on it and the only thing that bothers me a little is that when the drive train is not under load, it makes this sound. Doesn't seem high enough frequency to be grinding, but not low enough to be called a rumble. I've got Amsoil EP lubricant and the LSD additive that came with the unit in the pumpkin now. Don't know if I just need more miles, 30 minutes of figure eights or just the understanding that "this is normal." If someone has heard of this before or if I've left of ALL the real important info, please let me know. Thanks for the help. I'm sure to keep reading and maybe this won't be my last posting. -JOP3
