Does Hawaii test for emissions? The Super Stalker ECU doesnt come with hookups for the downstream O2 sensor. I dont know if that invalidates readings or causes the emissions to go out of spec but that might be an issue. My county in Az doesnt require emissions testing but the county next door does. If you can get it registered as an antigue car, a lot of times you can get around that requirement. Also windshield wipers, seems trivial in the car but I've heard of cars that got turned away for lack of windshield wipers. I've also heard about issues with windshield and the materials used to construct them (LEXAN, plexiglass, glass, etc). Let me know if you want to consider having a car built for you. FWIW, I'd never done anything like build a car and I finished mine in about 9 months. As long as you understand how all the parts are supposed to work and interact with each other, the actual grunt work is fairly simple
