  1. I'm converting my Radical to Hayabusa power so I'd best sell the GSXR1000 stuff before I get any funny ideas about making more cars... Just what you need for your bike engine Locost 7 project! Engine # 1: 2002 GSXR1000 engine. Totally stock internally. Ran strong in D sports racer Radical last season, was used for approximately 20 events over a 4 years period by a slow guy previously. Has Barnett clutch, springs, stock oil sump has been shortened for ground clearance, has APE manual cam chain tensioner. Includes a somewhat messy but functional wiring harness w/ a Power Commander, ECU, throttle bodies. $850 Engine #2: 2003 GSXR1000 engine. Totally stock, removed from sub 4k miles bikes that was totaled due to bodywork from low speed crash on grass. Has coil caps, starter, no throttle bodies/ecu/harness. $900 motomoron at yahoo dawt komm
  2. I wish I had a Radical SR3! Actually it's a really overweight Radical Clubsport, one of the early cars. In any case, the GSXR1000 is significantly smaller than the Hayabusa lump. Lighter too. In the event you may be interested, I'm selling off all my 1000 stuff. I'll post a classified ad here...
  3. A friend is building a Yamaha R1 powered uber-7 from a Caterham chassis and all the bits off this bent RM Classics Super 7. As I'm a decent weldor, with welders and a stack of 1" square 16 gauge mild steel tube I got the RM chassis and intended to cut out the bent bits, rebuild the left front corner and install a Miata diff and pickup points for a Miata-geometry rear suspension, shortened Miata rack and front uprights, and a Suzuki GSXR1000 or Hayabusa engine. The purchase of a very compellingly priced Radical Prosport and acquisition of my SCCA novice permit, as well as a backlog of renovation, bike and car projects and events has rendered "Project RM" surplus to my needs. It's located near Silver Spring MD and doesn't weigh much. The roll hoop to the best of my knowledge is still in the possession of the original owner and can be had for free. I'd much rather gift this awesome little project to a fellow GRM community hack than drop it off at the metal recycling area at the dump. I can be contacted at: motomoron (at) yahoo (dot) com
