    Paul, Just in case you want to go through Pa's registration,here's what i went through. You know you need an enhanced inspection,all your receipts,(forget the small stuff).I also needed a defroster,two wipers,and get this BUMPERS.If you get into pa.dot subchapter k, it will explane more.My title is a SPECIALLY CONSTRUCTED one. It's a 7 kit. I sent my paper work in in Oct. and I just got my title and vin plate last week. Good Luck Joe
