  1. It's important to be aware that Rotary engines exh flow is high for it, discplacement and hot upwards of 1400deg + F also loud' vary loud. A twin rotor 12a or larger 13b has the same number of firing impulses as a v12 per revolution. Every time an apex seal passes the exh port there is an exhaust pulse, each rotor has 3 sides times 2 = 6 combuston events same as a v12, 12 cylinders Devided by 2 = 6. Piston has 1 exh stroke every other revolution. It's been said that the internal combustion engine is just a bad air pump.
