New to this forum, joining you from South Africa.
I am trying very hard to find out the physical dimensions for front and rear Caterham CSR shocks. I have tried Caterham directly with no success... their response is:
"Unfortunately this is proprietary information and I do not have the authorisation to release this."
Really?? Bad customer service, seeing as I have a CSR chassis on order from them!
The reason behind needing this information is the CSR will be built as a race car to replace an SV. We have 3 SV's we race and have done extensive testing and development on Spax shocks, and as such we'd like to stick with what we know. Spax are also unable to help!
Caterham do sell 'race' shocks, but the are not adjustable, which doesn't help me!!
Can anyone help me with the following dimensions:
Open Length
Closed Length
Stroke
Spring thread
Spring poundage (I haven't tried asking Caterham this)
Spring diameter
