The registration process is now open for the World of Wheels Show in Calgary on Feb. 20 – 22. The form asks if the car will be part of a club display, and the clubs name. I obviously want to see multiple cars there, and think the obvious name would be USA7s. Jackal Posted January 6, 2015 Author Share Posted January 6, 2015 I emailed and asked essentially about staggered submissions and as the club entries go, how to handle it. I also sent pics of Trixxy. Here's the response I got: Duane, Thank you for the pics. The process is that we accept all applications until January 31st, 2015 then the committee reviews and picks out the vehicles for the show, depending on space available. An acceptance or non acceptance letter is then sent out to the chosen vehicle owners regarding the move in process after February 1st, 2015. If there are any more vehicles to go with you, make sure they mention that on their application. We will try to accommodate, if possible. Any questions please contact us. Bill I should add that thanks to one of our awesome members (Stewart), I will have a tilting enclosed trailer to offer to get cars to the show, provided I get my stuff together to pick it up.
