Oil plug

Lucky boy ,sort of .

i had the Birkin running at a fast idle ,in gear on my hoist while i was checking an oil leak from the transmission . After about 10 min i heard a clatter and saw oil spewing from what seemed like everywhere ,lucky i wasnt out on the road and i was able to shut things down quickly .

turns out that on the front of the head ( zetec ) between the cam wheels is a small plug blanking off an oil passage , the little bugger escaped and spewed oil under pressure onto the cam wheels which flung it everywhere the mess was epic but lucky no real dammage . The hole now has a plug screwed in it .
