WTB Coolant fill neck for S2 Seven America

 I'm looking for the coolant filler neck and pressure cap for a BMC engine as fitted to the early Series 2 Lotus Seven America as shown in this photo:

It looks fabricated, might have to make one but I thought I'd ask first. Thanks! Mark
