Lifting an S3 Caterham on a 2 Post Lift

Maybe this information is already out there, and I missed it but I wanted to post some pictures and info of my Caterham on a 2 post lift. First, I want to be clear that I was not alone when we placed the car on the lift. I felt that it was highly important to make sure to have another person there to watch and listen as we got it right. We made sure to be very careful about this process. There were minor adjustments made to keep the arms from rubbing on the rear tires after the first attempt. With this particular lift I needed the plywood under the front tires for a touch of height to start. The pads holding up the front of the car needed small height extensions(nothing in the rear), and the wood in the front was added to clear the side exhaust and not apply any pressure on it.
