Birkin Pedal Adjustability??

Just saw this pic from a Birkin on FB. Pedal Adjustability looks really nice (aluminum bar with a LOT of holes). I'd like to see some pedal box pics from those of you who've tried to alter accelerator to ease heel -toe motion. I know about Caterham adjustments at top of pedal box, but I still need something xtra on the gas pedal. I'm pondering floor mount extension to extend to and sit on top of our horizontal cylinder. Kind of an actuator that the right side of my foot can blip. Thoughts?
