Daxxie
Hi Busaloco. This is not my car but I wish I could drive like him. Luckily my Dax makes up for my poor driving skills. I attended a hillclimb in 2005 a couple of months after I bought it. This was my first competition event ever. All I remember was that I drove it carefully. The Dax isn't really setup to drive on gravelly "trough a forest" mountain roads. Neither did I have great confidence in my driving skills. So I took it it easy in the corners and tried to find the clean asfalt. I only gave the car full throttle on the straights as you can see and hear in this video. http://www.daxrush.com/im2/movieteuven.jpg Imagine my surprise when I heard I had the best time. I 've beaten a guy who has won this event years in a row :-) http://www.daxrush.com/im2/movieteuven2.jpg This car makes even a bad driver look good! :-) As you probably know most of these busa rockets are build by Holeshot Racing in the UK Have a look at these babies: http://www.holeshot-racing.co.uk/uploads/images/DCim83x.jpg http://www.holeshot-racing.co.uk/uploads/images/Cat_ah3.jpg Lode
BusaLoco
Sorry Daxxie! I've gone ahead and mistaken your car for Duncan Cowper's. I offer you my humble apology. I've spent so much of my life in shear and utter confusion! :leaving: How many 600 BHP Turbo Busa Dax Rushes can there actually be out there? I wish there was someone over here (Canada eh!) that could give my Busa 7 a shot of testosterone like Holeshot did for you!
Hank
I emailed Holeshot to see if they can update their car gallery. None of the pictures enlarge for me and they are not clickable. I'm very interested in the orange Megabusa in that gallery! I would like the turbo kit I purchase next spring to sit inside the bodywork for my Megabusa.
