have you tried basset wells they are 4 bolt with a big off set you can find them in jeeg or any hot rod sales bookes

I prefer the 7 x 13 they have for the same price.

Of course the shipping cost is more than the price of the wheel.

 

I got a price form Caterham to ship four 15" wheels and it came in at 210 BPS.
