type 9 transmission

I have for sale a type 9 transmission. I was told the millage was 72k. the deal is i have cut the shifter remote off to shorten it. i was planning on using it in my duratec mg midget swap but im going to use a different transmission now. Also the input shaft has been cut to fit with the quad 4 rods bellhousing i had bought. its not a perfectly straight cut so will most likely need to be trued up on a lathe or similar. With the shifter remote cut off you could finish shortening it or weld it back as stock. i have not cut the shifter rod and i retained both bushings when i started shortening it. also if your type 9 has high miles or in bad shape you could buy this one and just use your tail shaft. given the modifications to the transmission im only asking $300 for it. plus exact shipping to your loacation.
