Another good get together, 9 of us in attendance, and one hardy soul (Peter) who braved the elements and arrived in his bright yellow locost. The season has started...as with the previous get together , many interesting conversations taking place with emphasis of course being on our wonderfull toys and how to improve them..Peter had an item that created much interest for more than one participant, a half top produced by some one in Calgary, also, a very ingenious sliding hoop arrangement to tension the top. I hope he will send us the contacts name and info, also a pic of the sliding mechanism. Congrats once again to Terry on the new grampa scene, the pics of the little guy are a hit. Also, many thanks to Terry for the info and pics of the new Caterham race car, and also the guided tour of the Caterham facility, albeit vocally. Time to put collective heads together and come up with a date that could work for as many as possible for the first Alberta blat of the season. The weather is shaping up for a good May run. Lets hear from you all out there. Great get together guys lets keep up the momentum.

Another thought,, regardless of the make of 7 we drive, we all accumulate STUFF!! lets try and let each other know if we have things we don't need anymore that just may be usefull to some one else. Amazing how things can be adapted to fit......

Here are some pics of the slide that Lancylad was mentioning above. The top was made at an upholstery shop in Calgary whose owner has since retired.
