Computer and printer question

Will an ethernet/USB printer hub such as

allow any OS to use a printer? OS in question are 2 X 32 bit Windows 7 computers and 1 X 64 bit Windows 7 computer all networked via ethernet cable.

Yes but the new cheap wirelss printers make the cables unnessary. If you have a wireless router you can print to that printer from any windows 7 computer in range that has the software loaded. Very cool.
