I have a new carbon fiber/vinyl boot cover, W/O sticks, for sale. It is unused in the shipper. Complete with snaps. anvil, all the parts. Bought it before I knew what "without sticks" meant. From Seven Speed UK. Paid 105UK, will sell for $75 plus shipping.

a bit different than "without sticks"

I can't think of another way to describe this option
