First outing with very cold and old Hoosiers R25B race slicks. I am looking forward to much warmer weather. Also need tuning on the 48IDA Weber but it runs and it's fun. I will post development and progress as I go.

Yes if the course is long enough and/or temps are in the 80's for asphalt. On old airport concrete like Lincoln, NE or Peru, IN they stick like Velcro. They will go off after about 80 runs, tread left or not.

Tires got plenty warm here. This was Father's Day on a 50+ sec course at Chicago SCCA event at Rt66 Speeday Paddock area between the drag strip and dirt track. BIG fun!

More fun on a short course at the Tire Rack Test facility in South bend, IN this past weekend. Did pretty well. Grissom Aeroplex at Peru, IN is next weekend. Back to big concrete!
