This material is meant for indoors, but we use them outside overnight at all the car shows we do. They arent water proof as they do get wet, but they can hang dry or are machine washable. There is an outdoor material but it is not as soft, more tarp like.

I don't have a car with clam shells to make a template off of, if you wanted we can schedule a measuring session with your vehicle in Irvine.

The cover comes with its own little duffle bag, definitely can be smashed down to fit in the back of the Caterham or stowed else ware. Price is $399 for a solid color, stripe option is extra $59. If there is interest in a group buy I can work on getting the pricing down, would have to check with the manufacturer for how many it would require. http://i1061.photobucket.com/albums/t464/hillbanknick/caterhamcover3_zpswtwccx97.jpg

Hi all! We have just received the first production Seven car cover after many measurement and test fit sessions. Right now we have measurements for the Caterham S3 & SV bodys. The material is a satin stretch form fitting lycra, so should fit similar sized Seven cars. They are custom built to order with many different color combinations, soft fleece inside liner to protect the exterior, and elastic edges that keep dust and dirt out. If anyone is interested in getting specific covers made for other Seven cars please contact me so we can set up a measurement session, as I know some cars have larger footprints, rollbars, etc than others. http://i1061.photobucket.com/albums/t464/hillbanknick/caterhamcover1_zpspfoyygvn.jpg http://i1061.photobucket.com/albums/t464/hillbanknick/caterhamcover2_zpsgsone80w.jpg

Today one lucky customer came from Arizona to Hillbank Motorsports pick up his Caterham Seven 280. It was a little unusual, since none of us have ever loaded a car inside of a U-Haul before. This 280 was ordered as a kit and the customer is going to complete the build at home. Roughly 20 hours have been put in at the Caterham factory, and another 60-70 will go into finishing the car. Since this customer built a Caterham previously over 20 years ago, this one should only take him half the time:driving:.

The Seven 480 is the most potent naturally aspirated Seven. Designed to provide a new high performance benchmark, the 2.0-litre Ford Duratec engine which powers Caterham’s premium range of Sevens has been re-developed in conjunction with the Caterham Group’s engineering consultancy, Caterham Technology & Innovation (CTI). CTI’s extensive development work has resulted in an additional 65bhp over the cars predecessor delivering formidable, high-adrenalin performance. The new engine delivers its peak power at a lofty 8,500rpm, and boasts an incredible 120ps-per-litre. New to Caterham, the latest car includes a ‘Sport’ mode which, when selected, provides the car with even sharper driving characteristics, while enabling the vehicle to deliver its peak performance. Performance is bold – the sprint to 60mph takes just over three seconds, before propelling the Seven 480 to a maximum speed of 140mph. The power is conveyed to the road via a six-speed gearbox and the new car sits on adjustable dampers with Eibach Springs. The Caterham Seven 360 can house a 2.0L Ford Duratec engine, the natural progression from the 1.6 Sigma engine, producing a generous 180hp. The Seven 360 has been refined to encompass many of the engineering developments and upgrades obtained from our experience of the various race models within the Caterham Motorsport series. With a limited slip differential and race inspired suspension, an increased rev limit and a tad more power, we truly believe the Seven 360 is a phenomenal package. The Seven 360 is the perfect tool for road and track use. It is guaranteed to put a smile on your face and will leave you grinning even after you've switched off the engine and started planning your next drive. Exactly right. The steering shaft interferes with where the supercharger is. Until I have enough demand and deposits lined up, Caterham will not re-engineer the car unfortunately. Paint is an option. Standard would be bare aluminum body with painted front and rear fenders.
