  5. Have confirmation through John Watson on history. The only change, I believe, is reinforcement of rear axle where it tends to flex. Would you guys have any idea of the value?

  8. Is there another axle/ differential to replace the original T10 axle. Preferably with disc rear, matching the original lug pattern?
  9. looks like the flanges are the issue. Exhaust side is narrower. Any recomendations on shim types?

  11. I have a 1964 Lotus S-2 with the intake and exhaust manifold on the same side. Have replaced the gasket but continue to have a slight leak in one small place on the exhaust side. Any ideas on how to repair without a new header? It is original and would like to preserve, if possible.

  15. Got the differential repaired and reinforced but the mechanic stated I needed to replace the seals. Are there any threads on removing the rear axle to replace the seals? If not, could sure use some help on technique. Thanks Shannon
  16. like the idea of welding the crack and adding a bridge across the diff to each side of the axle. May have to suck up the gearing issue. Thanks for the help.
  17. have a crack in the differential. Original axle/ diff. Would it be better to have the crack welded, or is there a better solution. Would like to stay as original as possible, but would also like slightly different gearing for highway at less rpms
  18. Looking to find out where the timing marks are for the 116E to fine tune the timing. Had engine rebuilt, but do not know where the marks may be. Also, any guidance on valve clearances would be greatly appreciated.

  20. got it, crossed wires. How about fine tuning the timing? Cannot find any info on timing marks. Any clue? Valve clearences also
