Brand new member here. Owned a couple of Caterhams in the UK (K Series) and am now about to take delivery of a 420 in kit form. Planning to bring it over to California (where I live) at some stage but does anyone have experience of the process. I have been through the various EPA guidance and it looks like quite a challenge....
