It's nice to see that there is some interest out there. There may be more once others get the message.
For those who don't have any experiance in fiberglass construction here is how it works. Starting with a design, the engineering of the structure must be done. How the doors open and how they become water tight when closed. Attachment points to the car. will it clear the roll bar. how many of the cars will it fit? Etc. Once this design is complete then a full scale pattern of each part must be made. The pattern must be exact so that doors and windows fit and the whole thing fits the car. From the pattern fiberglass molds are built and in the molds the final fiberglass parts are made
I like danowens idea of getting his designer friend to sketchup some ideas for styling and to get rid of the blind spot. I'm not so sure about the paint ball thing.
As time allows I will work up an estimate of the cost and then we will know if this is a practical undertaking.
