  1. Jim, congratulations on finally getting your plates. I was cringing as I read through the 6 pages of this thread, it's just painful. I guess the tradeoff is that you have some fantastic roads to drive in northern Cal, but I don't know if it offsets the kit car registration headaches. Hope you can really start enjoying your purchase now. Chad
  2. 07/25 - SOLD Thanks Jim!
  3. Well, it looks like my eBay sale is probably not be going through, so before listing again I am offering it up for the winning bid price of $26,712.95 + shipping from Seattle. Considering it was over $32,600 in just materials alone, that is a great deal... (206) 396-2661

  6. Wow, I hear crickets... Nobody is buying apparently, does anyone have anything interesting to trade that's not another seven?

Chad Marsh (206) 396-2661 http://www.marshsite.com/s01.jpg http://www.marshsite.com/trailer.jpg Although there is no question this is a fantastic car, both in looks and performance, I have decided that a Seven is really just not for me. Those of you that followed my build know that a have high standards and attention to detail, you will be hard pressed to find a nicer Ultralite of the 90 or so in existance today. http://www.marshsite.com/s2k.htm http://www.marshsite.com/811.htm Honda S2000 2.2L 240HP engine with 6-speed MT, Subaru WRX LSD. This car has just over 2000 miles on it, 2.2L Honda engine had 66K before landing here. This car has been put through the paces, both on a tour and on the track. Upgrades over stock form include: 2.2L Honda F22C S2000 engine ($1000 over stock 2.0L on secondary market) 16”x6.5” Motegi Traklite wheels (11.9 lbs!) and Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star-spec tires ($1000 over stock) Fuel Safe 8-gallon racing cell with internal bladder and surge box ($900 over stock) Planet Color Nautical Paint ($800 over standard paint) Complete car covered in Venture Shield paint protection film (like 3M, StonGard, Clear Bra, $1300) Spare set of paint-matched rear fenders ($600) 4” Trail Tech SC4 HID Headlamps ($400) Carbon Fiber Dash and Fender Protectors ($300) Carbon Fiber Rear and Side View Mirrors ($250) Auto Meter Ultralite gauge package upgrade ($200) Wilwood Rear 12” Drilled Rotor upgrade ($150) Wilwood rear brake bias proportioning valve ($50) Ultra Compact Italian air horn ($50) Numerous other sub-$100 upgrades not listed. Asking $33,000 Fully enclosed Interstate 20'x8' car hauler trailer available also, with the car for $3,500, but not for sale separately unless the car goes without it. Feel free to call with any questions. Chad Marsh (206) 396-2661 Most of the pictures show the old 18" 3-pc silver wheels, the current wheels are the black 16", which are 12 lbs lighter per wheel. http://www.marshsite.com/s04.jpg http://www.marshsite.com/s08.jpg
  10. Nice. How Much?
  11. I lucked out on the weather, rain all the way down the night before, but perfect on the day of the event, until the last 15 minutes when the showers returned. Set your YouTube account preferences to always playback high quality if you have an account and a fast connection, or go here and click the 'Watch in High Quality' link at the bottom right: Enjoy!
  12. Just a diamond-shaped base with two screws: http://www.marshsite.com/503-11.jpg The ones I got are just flat glass, but apparently they are no longer available from 360 Tuners. If I had the option, I would probably go convex on both since they are so small. I ended up getting this one for a center (could also use as L & R): http://www.racerpartswholesale.com/product/357/Club_Series_Race_Mirrors A little nicer quality but more than twice the price...
  13. Eventually I will post my remaining build photos, but for now just these action shots at the track: http://www.marshsite.com/811.htm
  14. I have round HID's, although they are black housing not chrome, and not a DOT approved light. They also have no hi/low, but they do put out plenty of light on low only. They are Trail Tech SC4, designed for ATV's, available in 30W or 40W, about $380-$420 for a pair. Ballasts are internal to the housing, so they just connect with power and ground.
