Sporgster, Thanks for the lead. I think I've worked out a way take it with me if it doesn't sell. Just a whole lot easier (transport and storage when we get there) to sell it now. Thanks again Darrin -

Super Stalker #44 (Supercharged 3800)

I will attempt a quick brain dump regarding the specs of my Super Stalker: • Factory stock GM L67 Supercharged 3800 factory rated at 240 HP & 280 LB-FT of torque. (Salvage motor from ’97 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP with approx. 44K miles.) • Factory stock GM T-5 Trans. (Salvage unit from V6 Camaro with approx 40K miles.) • GM 7.6” rear axel with 3.42 gear (Salvage unit from S-10) • Zexel Torsen torque biasing differential from late model Camaro SS. • Reconditioned manual steer rack (provided with kit) • Front spindles (Salvage units from S-10) The above items are the only salvaged parts used on the vehicle, all other parts are new. • Front Brakes - new from the spindles out including all bearings, seals, calipers, pads, etc. • Rear Brakes - drums turned and new pads, springs etc. (Rear disk brake kit is now available from Brunton Auto) • AVO adjustable coil-over shocks. • EZ wiring harness & fuse block with color coded and labeled wire. • SPA Design racing tach w/built in digital speedometer, programmable multi-stage shift lights, and built in multi-function timers. • Odyssey AGM racing battery. • Retro custom bench seat. (Factory fiberglass buckets w/covers also included.) • 2” Rally quick buckle 4 point restraints. • MOMO Steering wheel w/working horn button. • Willwood brake and clutch cylinders w/remote fluid reservoirs. • Bassett 15” DOT steel street wheels. (Most race with 13” slicks) • Falken Zies ZE512 205/50R15 tires. • PRO 5.0 billet short throw shifter. • JEGS 10 Gal poly fuel tank w/sending unit. • Weight was 1560 lbs as driven to scale with 8 gallons of fuel remaining and heavy 15” steel street wheels & tires, and ½” plywood backed bench seats. Race wheels and seat would put you in the mid 1400 range. • I’m 6’2” & 220 lbs w/size 11 feet and fit very comfortably in this car. I’m sure there is much more I’m not thinking of at the moment. I would encourage anyone who is not familiar with Super Stalkers to read up at the manufacturer’s sites below: http://www.bruntonauto.com/index.htm http://www.angelfire.com/biz6/stalkerv6/ Hope that helps. Thoughts on Brunton Stalker 3.4L V6
SuperStalker44 replied to b10bt's topic in General Sevens Discussion
See my post in cars for sale. My Super Stalker is for sale and if I don't sell it in FL by Feb, I'll be moving it to Seattle. Take a look. Darrin -
Well it has finally happened, we have a contract on our house and are looking at a cross county move. As much as I hate to sell my newly complete Super Stalker, it will make the move so much easier. Florida to Seattle :ack: This car is newly completed with only about 200 miles. Title is 1968 Lotus, no kit-replica verbage but please understand this is a Brunton Automotive Super Stalker and NOT a Lotus. My local DMV seemed a little confused by the new SEMA laws and I lucked out with the title. The car is new, the protective plastic hasn't even been peeled from the floor panels. This is the supercharged big dog that everyone is talking about. Take a look at the pic and if your in he market, email me at d@beearo.com to discuss. I'm asking $25K Darrin Wilson http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/upload/1417607696_CIMG0711.JPG http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/upload/1872207599_CIMG0724.JPG http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/upload/554203589_CIMG0709.JPG

Roman, Don't know if your set on an actual Caterham but I am finishing up my Super Stalker build and looking at a relocation from sunny Florida to always wet Seattle. The car is going out to paint next week (BRG) and then will be put up for sale. FYI, this is the supercharged model with 240HP, 5-speed, zexel torsion rear diff, overall nice build level. The car is titled in FL as a 1968 Lotus with no "kit car" or "replica" disclaimers and registered with an antique tag. I've done about 200 shake down miles in 90+ deg temps with no issues. I'm out of town for a funeral until Monday evening. If you care to talk about the car, email me at d@beearo.com The Brunton's Stalker website is www.bruntonauto.com if you want to read up on the car. I planned to list the car for $27K when done, so your not far off. Darrin Wilson Super Stalker Chassis #44
