    I built my Caterham in 2024 from a kit. It has the 3 point belt, but I replaced it with aftermarket 5 point harness. When I built it and began the registration process, I only needed to send photos and the proper registration forms. No inspections, no trips to the DMV. I am in Pepin County (River Falls, WI).
