Thanks! Emissions won't be an issue in Wisconsin. There is an inspection. Got some good info on the last few hours that others have successfully titled with a 4 point harness so will try that. Yes, looks like the top mount is there. Will need to go down that route if I fail inspection. Going to start working on this tomorrow with DMV. Thank you!

Hello! I just bought a 2014 Caterham which was titled and registered in Illinois. Working through what it takes to get it titled and legal in Wisconsin. Mostly planning on it being just for touring (no track use planned). Does anyone have any experience in this? First thing I expect to be a problem is the 4 point harness to fail inspection. I believe it needs a 3 point harness but it looks like the expected spot for the top mount isn't threaded or available on this. Before I go wild, would love to talk to some folks who have gotten their caterham titles in Wisconsin recently (especially Dane county/Madison area). Thanks!
