My 7 source says it's for an S2 7 with an original axle.

All fair questions. I'm an Elan guy and my knowledge re: Caterhams and 7s is limited. I'm selling this as part of an estate of a deceased friend who was a Europa owner and possibly a Caterham owner in the distant past. It's painted and has numerous scratches but no dings or dents. It measures 36 1/8" across the bottom of the 'A', end to end. From the center of the center bush (no bush installed) to the bottom of the 'A' tube, the measurement is 10 3/4" Hope this helps someone.
