Greg beseeingyou[atsymbol]macdotcom Update: Added some more pics specifically highlighting the damage on the aluminum bonnet. I don't want to understate the damage at all, so you know exactly what you are getting. However, as you can see from the pics, from a few feet away, you simply do not see the damage. I have gotten two estimates from shops where I have had other car work done on an Audi and a Panoz. Both estimates were to restore it to as new condition. One was for $1100, and the other for $1400. Those seem reasonable to me for this sort of work. But there is absolutely zero impairment of functionality on the top. All four lockdown clasps work as intended.
