    kansas!

Ah, wish I seen this last week. Just spent this weekend in KC with a Brunton Stalker on the way back from picking up the car in Florida. Long drive.
  3. New to this board, also looking for any better first hand info on car covers. I've tried running a seach on usa7 forum entries, and this thread is, so far, the only forum link I have come across. A google web search turned up several sites purporting to offer "Custom car covers" for Lotus 7 chassis - e.g. www.CarCovers.com (Lotus Seven 1971 - 72) and CarCoversDirect.com. The covers seem to come in several different versions/layers depending on the material chosen. There is also www.CarCoverWorld.com which appears to offer a custom fit service, but I am not having any luck online trying to connect "Lotus 7" 19xx to any form or order link. I am going to try to contact them by email or phone. In the mean time . . . . Does anyone have any direct experience with car covers "customized" to fit the Lotus/Caterham/Birkin/Stalker etc. form? Any thoughts on how likely a Lotus cover would (?) strech to fit, for example a Stalker configuration? Any idea or thoughts vis-a-vis a Lotus/Caterham cover fitting one of the other chassis, e.g. a Stalker? Thanks, Mike
