Horn Push Lotus Super Seven S2 WTD

Hi all;

 

I know this is a long shot, but does anyone have a original or reproduction horn push for an early S2 that they could spare? This is the one that would fit the Springall wood steering wheel. I know Redline had them at one time. Picture below, Thanks

I am also looking for one of these for my 62 Super 7 with the wooden steering wheel.
