I'm trying to help one of the pubs id some cars and have 2 questions:

 

A) Who drives an Ali and Yellow Cat with Clams that has the following number on the front chin: DB11VJ (I think it's a plate number...probably Mike R. or Frank F.

 

B) Who has a black and yellow Stalker with 772 TTU on the sides?
