Are tire warmers allowed

Ya know, i was thinking, what if you had an exhaust tube aimed at the tires, with a cutout once some heat had been aimed at them for a bit. Hehe Could prob be a small duct actually, pulling heat off the headers and onto the tires. Not sure as to the legality of it or the longevity of the tires if you left the heat on. Not sure if any had the old push/pull types like i did on my mustang, or the vacuum operated types on some GM muscle cars. Just pull the valve and it re-routes the exhaust flow to another system. In my case if went from cheap performance mufflers to straight pipes. In this case it would blow on all the tires for a bit then be routed back to the normal exhaust. Or, if functional, how soon it would be protested.
