Tyler Posted December 20, 2025 Posted December 20, 2025 (edited) Caterham Seven Roadsport 140, originally purchased as a kit in 2014 and completed in 2016. I bought the car in from original owner in 2024 and have put about 2,000 miles on it. Lightweight, raw, and exactly what a Seven should be. This is an S3 with standard floor. I’m 6’ tall with long legs so adjusted pedals and steering wheel accordingly I have about 140 photos from the photoshoot of this car, I’m limited to how many I can post here so happy to send the rest via PM Currently sits with 7,444 miles on the odometer • 1.6L Ford Sigma engine • 5-speed manual • Rear-wheel drive • S3 chassis with De Dion rear axle • Adjustable Bilstein coilovers • Four-wheel disc brakes • 13” alloy wheels with Avon CR500 tires Orange aluminum bodywork with carbon stone guards and side-exit exhaust. Small paint blemish near the muffler (pictured). Interior features black leather seats with multi-point harnesses, MOMO steering wheel, and full gauges. Included: • Black soft top • Top boot • Doors • Spare parts • Assembly guide • Spare Key Clean New Jersey title in my name (titled as a 2016). Oil changed April 2024. Garage kept. It’s been a ton of fun to own and drive and about as close as you can get to a street legal go-kart. Only changes I’ve made during my ownership are black front fenders with stainless hardware and had rear panel repainted after someone bumped into me in a parking lot, which caused a small dent. Previously the rear fenders were a bit peppered with rock chips, so had fenders repainted and PPF’d as well as new carbon fender guards. Also, since after this photoshoot I adjusted the rear muffler bracket, the L-bracket swung around due to a loose nut and reset and tightened it up, exhaust sits normally now. Happy to answer questions for serious buyers. Location: Norwood, NJ Edited December 25, 2025 by Tyler Added price 1
theDreamer Posted December 20, 2025 Posted December 20, 2025 I remember this car from when it was up on BaT. I remember you said you had fixed the exhaust by properly placing the rear bracket above the mount so it no longer is on an angle. You should take new photos to show this as well as the car’s present condition versus how it looked when on BaT. My wife isn’t crazy about orange but it’s a nice spec. If only it was legal to import into Canada at this time. (Has to be over 15 years old.)
Tyler Posted December 22, 2025 Author Posted December 22, 2025 You’re 100% right. Exhuast hung too low on the rear because of a loose nut and L bracket swung around. Didn’t notice it until after the shoot and wasn’t worth reshooting the whole car, but I’ll post a photo later of how Exhuast sits now. Took about a minute and a half to correct, just wish I spotted it sooner
