I had a tip off on this issue from greg, up at time machines. He had seen my misfire video and indicated it may be coil related. I replaced the coil, so I know the coil was new (within the past year). So i went into my ecu map. there was a flat value of 3.03mS for each portion of the range. With some research (and help of AI), I was able to come up with the below linear table for an emerald ECU. I still need to test this data, but I was unable to find anything like this online. I am sharing this here so that in the future, if someone has an issue with their car, it may help them more quickly diagnose their issue. I am looking forward to this salt going away, so I can go test this change. For reference, Rover K series, 1.4 throttle body (aluminum), 52mm TB, emerald K6 ECU. Piper cams (286 iirc), Piper verniers. DVA Ported and polished big valve mod, titanium omega pistons and mahle crank bearings. Dark blue bosch Injectors. Given my carbon build up issues, this may be one step closer to optimal fueling / making sure i'm burning all the fuel the car is putting in. if anyone wants the excel, just holler.
