I've seen it on Ebay before as well. Looks like a nice car.

California DMV is so restrictive I believe a car has to have 7500 miles to be considered used and thus be able to register it from another state. Plus, cars already registered can't apply for SB100 (not sure about out of State though)

Even then I doubt it will be exempt from having to have original smog equipment from whatever model year the car was registered as.

Pretty much has had to be registered as a pre-72 car from what I can find out.
