BruceBowker Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 (edited) For anyone who likes football - why, when players introduce themselves, do they always give the college that they attended and sometimes when talked about by an announcer, a high school is also named? Some requirement or advertising for the college? I couldn't care less. Is it like when someone asks a NASCAR driver how was the track the answer is "I want to thank Lucas Oil, Ford, Craftsman Tools, Citco." Ok but how was the track? "I want to thank..." I wonder if the football helmets will get changed as they introduce themselves like hats get changed in NASCAR. Edited January 10, 2010 by BruceBowker
slngsht Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 well, not sure why they introduce the educational institution, but the HS vs College, they gotta say something for the less edumacated ones :leaving:
