But...the car does not have bumpers, covers over the exhaust, windshield wiper, safety glass for the windshield, or mechanical parking brake. These are the things I am worried about, but is it "safe?" scannon Posted October 21, 2010 Share Posted October 21, 2010 If it were me, I would get the VIN inspection and waltz into the DMV, hand them the paperwork with a smile and see if it flies.
