twobone
Just received a set of proper plugs from the UK. The gasket shims are properly bevelled and the electrode is shorter than the others from the previous owner. Wow, my mid range just gained some serious grunt. I have to tweak my low speed as it is backfiring a bit and stumbling. Make sure you have the proper plugs.

lancylad
I have a 1.6L CVH, NGK BCPR6ES plugs. Have the gaps set at 28 thou, or .8mm for the metric minded.. Gaps will be different for engine types and plug types. A bit of research and some road testing soon lets you know where you should be.
