redbaron
Once the vehicle is up and running it is time for a bit of "icing on the cake." The attached photos depict my efforts to give my Rotus an identity.

slngsht
Nice attention to detail. It'll be a while before my car is done that nicely. How many miles a year do you put on it?
redbaron
I completed the car and got it licensed and titled in 1994. I have had speedo problems from time to time so I am guesing I have accumulated about 6000 miles or so. I use it strictly for plesure 'cause Im a bit too old to race it. However,I would like to try an autocross sometime.
slngsht
Autocrossing and cruising (and maybe the occasional track test and tune session) is all I plan for mine too.
solder_guy
I see that you have the little valve covers too! I've seen them packaged as a set of 4 .. but not 5 which is what is needed! Nice details! Also I see that you have a headlight control to the left of the steering wheel. Does that function as a directional blinker also? If so does it reset after a turn?? Please provide pics of the rest of your dash!! Rob Mitchell, Atlanta, GA
redbaron
I bought a set of 4 valve caps initially but shortly after I installed them some one had sticky fingers and walked off with 3 of them. I reordered another set so now I have one extra. That lever to the left of the steering wheel is a combination turn signal lever and hi/low beam switch. It is not self cancelling so you really have to "rough it" and cancel it manually.
solder_guy
There are some valve covers that lock in place. I like your turn / hi-low switch! Rob Mitchell, Atlanta, GA
