F1 Post Bernie?

Where does one start in commenting on Bernie and F1? Let's just say that he is crucial to the business, given his personality, and the days of public money excessively funding events these people put on are waning. I personally think it is a good investment, as long as the cost is not too high, as they are genuinely fun events and generate huge revenues from tourists. It's the only information many Europeans have on us here in North America.

 

However, Uncle B has a way to suck even more out of people, which has made all his gang richer than ever dreamt of, and allowed racing/travel/development costs to skyrocket in recent years. One of these days, the balloon is going to pop.
