Al N.
If Morgan is so inclined, he should take a pic of the plate the folks at Exoticars USA fabbed up for Orange when it was in my care. I thought it was very sano.

Suicide Jockey
My 1964 Series 2 has a Crossflow engine in there with a modified and reinforced oil sump. The sump itself has been modified to increase the quantity of oil goin in there. The reinforcement has been done just by welding strips of 3mm mild steel along the sump. As long as the ground contact is not too strong this works fine ... On my Hornet I have damaged my standard oil (wet) sump and exchanged the standard sump by a Ford Motorsports sump that has exactly the 30mm more ground clearance that would have prevented the damage before.
