Hello All,

 

Well I attended the 17th Annual Ventura County British Car Show put on by the Central Coast British Car Club and had a blast.:thumbs:

Their were a total of four 7’s that showed up, a Westfield (cream colored and very nice), a Caterham (british racing green with school bus yellow nose ring and hood stripe)(really sharp), my car and a Lotus MK VI built in 1952 owned by Walter J. Okon (an off yellow color with black and white numbers plus pin striping)(lots of louvers..everyware). Walters’s car has a real history to it and he still drives it when ever he can. I wish I had had a tape recorder when Walter was telling us about his car. Very interesting to say the least both the conversation and the car. It was very interesting to watch the people come by and look and point and take photos of the four 7 type cars. I have to say that the Caterham and Westfield are both very nice vehicles and sure make my car look odd but I still like my car for what it is over the Caterham and the Westfield as I think I would not be as adventurous with either of them.

I will post some photos of the four cars as soon as I figure out why I can not upload photos at this time.
