I added an additional 1/2" HSS tube to the floor frame of my Stalker when I built it for a built in foot rest.

When I worked in Malaysia (65% Muslim) in one of the Muslim states, one could always tell when the mosque was out the locals would pass you on blind corners on the opposite side of the road. The thought being Allah was their co-pilot.

It may be deceiving but that frame does not look as substantial as a Brunton frame, although there is lots of triangulation.

I had a GMC 2500 with a Duramax, that would pull my trailer with the stalker in it with a difference of about 50 mile to a tank. I now have a Toyota Tundra with the 5.7L and have yet to pull the trailer to see how that performs.

Dodge has just brought out a 1500 with a small diesel (4L I think).

I hard mounted my JK Composites also.

Why not get the panels powder coated, they will be a bit more resilient to scratching.

The early Stalkers had a prowling cat (Cougar?) on the dashboard, I am not sure if Brunton still do this or not.

I was in Houston last week, it was so cold I had to wear my jacket outside, my phone says it was -1C (30F) one morning and I thought I was getting away from the cold LOL!!!

GM also will be putting a small diesel in the newly designed Canyon sometime next year. I assume it will be an Izusu engine the same the Duramax but do not know for sure.

I am considering the Touarag and the Q7 with TDI for my next vehicle, I had a Duramax GMC truck, loved that motor, power to the people LOL!!!

I know in Australia Audi put a V12 diesel in the Q7.
