Hello, I'm new here and to Sevens in general--tho fluent in Lotus Elan and Europa. Recent post on eBay has me awondering....http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lotus-Super-Seven-Caterham-/111663760025?forcerrptr=true&hash=item19ffadc299&item=111663760025 Seller doesn't know much about the car (which is scary) other than it has live rear end. Is this specimen a long cockpit version? (seller doesn't know). What are the thoughts of the Sevenisti here about this car in general? Is it really a Caterham? I LOVED my Fiat 124 Sport Coupe back in the day, and this engine is all-aluminum light--not bad thinking for use in a light platform such as a Seven. But turbocharging strikes me as hubristic.
