Ford Sierra 4x108 is the standard spacing on those wheels. I've not seen other variations.

how much for tillet seats?

True Merkurs have a 23 spline input shaft. You could easily swap yours over to make this work.

The input shaft is about 7 3/8 inches long. It also looks as though there is a 3 bolt cover under the input shaft.

I have a ford t9 recently rebuilt. Has about 200 miles on it. It was in my Merkur Xr4ti. Removed it as I am going to be installing a V8 and T5 transmission. 5 speed common caterham box. $700 Located in Toledo Ohio Able to palletize and ship anywhere. Fluid has been drained.
