Hi everyone. Thanks for the help. It was a Locost from my limited understanding but there are some actual Caterham parts in the collection. I brought everything up to the garage and took some photos. The car frame was at his workshop.I haven't been there in a while but I'll go by this week. I also haven't come across the engine I remember being in the car when it was mocked up. I'm less concerned about getting what the parts are worth as I am in finding them a new life. And having them all go at once is the ideal situation.

Hi there, My husband passed leaving a basement full of parts for a 7 build. Any takers or advice as to what I can do with them all at once? I am located in Maryland.

Would you have any more photos of the wood car? I've been looking for several years for a picture of a seven that was part of a West System brand epoxy advertisement that looked a lot like this one. Thanks.

Few Thoughts... Is it a very well done 'Locust' ? http://www.locust.org.uk/about/about.htm There was a Supercar called the 'Splinter'.... Not sure what ever came of it. http://www.joeharmondesign.com/ There was a Picture around some years ago that I can't seem to find right now of a Caterham/Lotus S3 that had been bodied similarly to the one in the Picture by/for West System Epoxy... FWIW I have been thinking of doing something like this as an exercise for my Cabinetmaking Business.

It does? I suspect that removing the internal gearbox saved 25+ lbs. The Hartley H2 is a full 50 lbs lighter than the stock busa.

Hi All, I hope this isn't terribly inappropriate, but I am trying to help my wife's Middle School Art Class get out the word. The students have made "Hearts" in Oil Pastels which they are selling to raise money for a local Homeless Charity. The Originals are for sale at a local Wine Bar, but I am hoping to help them raise some additional funds by offering the images on a Valentines Day Card and put together a site (link below) So... if you haven't gotten your sweetie a card, here is an opportunity to do so without actually having to exert any real effort. Who knows maybe your apparent sensitivity will get you laid ? "Well I just wanted to help the children honey...." We are asking $5 for the card, mailed to you. (I know its more than a Hallmark, but it is delivered to you,it's unique and it's for a good cause) Check or Paypal Last yer the Kids did 'Hearts for Haiti' and due to the high profile of that disaster made over $1000 for the Red Cross. Unfortunately sales this year aren't great. The link is here if you are so inclined.AMS Hearts Thanks for your time, Brian PS - To the admin. if this was out of turn please accept my genuine apology
